The biggest movers include Hail-Mary experts BYU as well as Northwestern.
11 private schools are still undefeated while only Tulane is still winless following a tough opening schedule featuring Duke and GA Tech. Tulane hosts Maine this weekend which should give them a good chance to get their maiden win of the season.
