Yankees need a new training staff, rehab staff, strength and conditioning staff, whatever. FAR FAR too many injuries.

Yankees need a new training staff, rehab staff, strength and conditioning staff, whatever. FAR FAR too many injuries.

It seems to happen throughout baseball, although the number of injuries for the Yankees this season is obviously outside the normal range.

I'm not sure how teams used to go through entire seasons with only about 30 players or so (and sometimes even fewer) seeing significant action. Clearly guys were playing through injuries that now immediately send people to the DL for extended periods.

Unfortunately not enough time to get Sev up to strength innings wise. Looks like CC and/or Happ will have a spot on the postseason roster now.

Boone said that he and Brian Cashman will both address the team about Domingo German and “offer their support to guys and work together through this as a team.”

Boone said that the Yankees will make plans for their postseason roster that do not include Domingo German.
