Don’t they actually play a locker room baseball game with their sticks upside down? Or was that the faceoff group a couple years ago?

Gait on the strong schedule: "We looked at the schedule and the big difference is adding Maryland. I have always been one for in order to be the best you have to play the best. So, we are going to have a game February 20th, and it is going to be awesome".

Gait on the defensive side: "We have brought in a new vocabulary for the defense and we will continue to work on that starting tonight. We will make our defense better than last year".

Gait on his transition from women's lax to men's: "The transition has been seem-less. I am still at Syracuse. I moved my office down the floor, so it is better exercise".

Coach Gait: "If you are not in it to win it you should not be in it. That is every year. Championship teams come from how they come together and accept their chemistry and roles. That is all to come".
