1. Hard to believe that Torres was a can't miss prospect who burst onto the scene like he was a 1st ballot HOF. Not sure what broke him. He's not even an average 2nd basement now.
2. Donaldson was such an awful trade. An expensive over the hill guy. Gio is better. Plays good D an is battling .270

The only silver lining in this collapse is that perhaps it leads the organization to FINALLY clean house. Hicks, Chapman both need to be gone. Maybe Stanton as well if they could get some buyers. He's always hurt and is batting 220. Cashman too. How many WS rings do they have since 2000? Not acceptable.

I'm not sold one way or the other on Boone. Even a bad manger doesn't cause all your guys to bat 215
