If it wasn't against the Yankees I'd enjoy watching the Guardians play. Put the ball in play no 3 outcome garbage. Yankees are toast I'm rooting hard for Cleveland vs. Houston.

What's crazy is that Cleveland gets a lot of bloop type seeing eye hits. You don't see that from a lot of teams, but right now Cleveland has good mojo going. It's going to take a miracle comeback for the Yankees to pull this out.

It’s possible but I just have a hard time not seeing another tough L in the next 2. Seems almost destiny for cleveland.

Really. They just lost two in a row while being favored against that same team. I'd be shocked if they win tonight.

The team won 99 games out of 162, but we should blow everything up because of how the team performs in five games. Small sample sizes are better than large sample sizes. The logic is sound.

I'm not the manager, so I don't know. Whomever they went with there, they were asking someone to close who had little or no experience doing so in a high leverage situation. At any rate, they were a bit unlucky that it didn't work out last night.

I'm not sure Yankees lost because they were unlucky. If Cleveland was down five runs in the 9th, they still would have won. The relief rotation was fractured.

I'm not sure Yankees lost because they were unlucky. If Cleveland was down five runs in the 9th, they still would have won. The relief rotation was fractured.

They were unlucky because some balls dropped in for Cleveland in the ninth, the Yanks were on the wrong end of a close play at first, and the game-winning hit came off a good pitch.
