With Duke and Millon maybe the overall quality of the team recently was a factor in the UVA flip, but a big part of it is that for three years running they have brought in a top transfer to start at attack instead of starting/developing one of their younger players for the position (Sowers Lulley and now most likely Tommy Shelling).
