Other than Boone and Cashman who else thinks Holmes is good enough to be a closer? The guy has very inconsistent command. He has regressed back to being what he was with the Pirates. Yankees brain trust still hasn't realized his great 3 months early last season was the anomaly.

Crazy as this sounds in the last month he's done better coming in with runners on base as opposed to clean innings. Maybe the pressure of ducks on the pond locks him in. Also loving what I'm seeing from Sevy. Hopefully by end of the year he'll be the true ace. Cole is regressing.
