Wouldn’t be shocked to see Zevi be the starter at Wake Forest next year. It’s kinda fascinating to see coaches leave to go to two different places and divide up who takes who with them.

Kaligis is an interesting guy. My mom went to the University of Wyoming where he coached from 2009-2021, so I've read about him before. He had opportunities to move on from Wyoming, but he wanted his kids to have a somewhat stable childhood and somewhere they could call home, compared to many coaching families. Two different head coaches kept him there, so he was pretty highly regarded as a coach.

Zevi is going to stay at Washington State. I think Wake is still looking for a QB. Maybe they get Belin IV?

Doeren hired a new DC. DJ Eliot.

He has bounced around a lot. If nothing else, he has experience. He is going to install a 3-4 defense. That is driving a ton of NC State defensive players to the portal. They have run a version of the 3-3-5 for a really long time under Tony Gibson. As we saw at Syracuse, the responsibilities switching from a 3-3-5 change significantly and a lot of players end up leaving. Maybe a few will end up at FSU?
