I'm a Knick fan but Haliburton is no bigger a clown than Townes and a number of Knicks.Well his dad is a clown . No surprise his son inherited the clown gene.

Really ? I’m not a fan of either team and I just don’t get a big clown factor from the Knicks .I'm a Knick fan but Haliburton is no bigger a clown than Townes and a number of Knicks.
Eh, he foul baits so much every possession. It's nice to see the refs make him earn it sometimes lol. Certainly not a problem that's exclusive to him though.
It’s not just Brunson, though. There are so many fouls on just about every play, in every playoff game. Thats one thing I hate about postseason NBA. And I hate the commentators/former players who like to think it makes them sound tough when they say, “Just playoff basketball.” It’s thuggery. I want to see skills, not what they can get away with. Be consistent. It affects the outcomes. Like changing the strike zone in baseball or having fuzzy boundaries in football….Geez, if you watched any NBA during the season, the physicality and outright fouling is off the charts compared to what was tolerated during the regular season.
I mean, there was one play toward the end of the 4th Q when Brunson came back in. He was fouled 2 separate times, just trying to get open to catch the pass. And then, once he finally got across half court, after getting fouled a couple more times just trying to dribble with the damn ball.
And then, if he got an offensive possession, one of Indiana's guy would foul him on the catch, prevent him from making a move by getting so close, and then bumping him 2 or 3 more times as Brunson tried to create space to make something happen.
For some reason, people are allowed to play 1990s defense against Brunson, but not other guys. Real BS, if you ask me.
I think the application is pretty consistent. They are going to let you grab and clutch until the shooting motion starts. Touch at all after that whistle. They also clearly wait and see if shot goes in sometimes before stopping play. It’s not just Brunson, though. There are so many fouls on just about every play, in every playoff game. You got me. I don't watch the NBA. I really don't know what to tell you if you think Brunson isn't flopping a ton/the refs are out to get him. Like I said, it's certainly not exclusive to him, but he's a very big offender.Geez, if you watched any NBA during the season, the physicality and outright fouling is off the charts compared to what was tolerated during the regular season.

Yeah… no idea what he’s talking about. You got me. I don't watch the NBA. I really don't know what to tell you if you think Brunson isn't flopping a ton/the refs are out to get him. Like I said, it's certainly not exclusive to him, but he's a very big offender.
He's also drawing the most fouls per game of any player in the postseason. Aside from SGA, Brunson is drawing nearly double the fouls of any other player left in the playoffs.

How does shooting 3’s better lead to bad rebounds ? Do you mean they shoot more 3’s? Shooting 3’s better should yield fewer reboundsI dont think they are better.. I think they shoot 3s better which leads to bad rebounds and they go get the ball. they were out played game 1 and got lucky.
I think the NBA rule is once you get to the final minutes, intentionally fouling someone off the ball gives the other two team 2 free throws and the ball, or 1 free throw and the ball. Can't remember which.NBA rules that make no sense
no review on goal tend because they didnt call it
no foul on plays with a foul. just because
but you can intentionally foul off the ball to stop offense from shooting 3s thats ok
Please don’t commit do getting everything right. Give each team one challenge TOTAL. Broaden what can be challenged. But give just one. Sorrry it’s just unwatchable .I think the NBA rule is once you get to the final minutes, intentionally fouling someone off the ball gives the other two team 2 free throws and the ball, or 1 free throw and the ball. But yeah, the fact that you can't review obvious goaltends is another reason I think the review system sucks. Either commit to getting everything right so that the "right" team wins or just get rid of the system and save us the time of the dumb reviews.
We’ve had stunning comebacks and incredible game winning shots in the 2025 playoffs. I disagree. Even with the challenges, it has all been very watchable. Please don’t commit do getting everything right. Give each team one challenge TOTAL. Broaden what can be challenged. But give just one. The Pacers are one of the most fun teams in the league to watch IMO (as long as they're not playing the Bucks). Their ball movement vs. OKC's defense will be fun.Just to get way too far ahead of myself...
Pacers vs OKC won't be a big market draw, but those will be fun basketball games. The Pacers have a chip on their shoulder and are riding the "nobody believes in us" wave hard. OKC pulled away in the regular season and if they pull off a championship they'll have one of the best regular + post season records of all-time.
