Seems like some explanations are missing regarding HS players not receiving a written offer until November 15th of their Senior year which is then followed by a December that is dead/no contact. What happens to the early signing period? Are we going back to a signing day in February with a later signing date in summer?

NCAA always drops information regarding athletics, conferences, and NIL in the sloppiest way possible. It’s exhausting that’s why I gave up trying to keep up. Kills the joy of being a college sports fan.
