We have year end at work and getting to El Paso would be so hard I probably couldn't go. I think I could squeeze in most of the other bowls. On a positive note, in recent years, the most authoritative voice predicting bowl selections has been Brett McMurphy. I just checked his picks (from yesterday) and he has Syracuse in the Gator. He has Clemson in the Holiday Bowl, which opens a spot for us. Pitt falls all the way to the Pinstripe. He has SMU in the Pop Tarts Bowl, which given their season, is much deserved. Hell, they deserve to be in the playoff (assuming they run the table from here). I hope he is on top of things on this one.
