No surprise Hut, a senior transfer from Army, won the strength competition.

I am surprised two incoming frosh AA recruits, Ming and Holman, were medalists in this.

Also props to Kristjan Fortier, another really promising incoming freshman from Toronto, for placing in the conditioning contest. Incoming freshmen aren’t supposed to be competitive in things like this.

It bodes well for these three…..

Burko is a forward who is not fleet of foot but is big and strong.

Ming become a factor on counter attacks down the left sideline. He can fly and pass well to the goal.

Threadgold nifty cross but Bonnie keeper just able to grab it.

Chifamba might be our most talented player. Very fast, excellent tackler, nifty passer. He might well lead the team in assists. Je plays in the middle as a halfback.

Rosenblatt is one of our faster players. Can pass and tackle. Lots of talent for a right full.

Sam Layton is playing sweeper. Looks a little small and frail. Has made no mistakes yet.
