Cristobal is such a moron. TA&M had no timeouts left. You tell that RB on 3rd down if you pick up the first down you fall down and they run all the clock down and kick a chip shot. Their kicker sucks but it would've been a 20-25 yd FG. Don't give them the ball back.

I remember when the Big East lost Miami and Virginia Tech among others. I used to root for the new Big East teams in bowl games. We needed that success to validate the conference and keep SU in a BCS conference. Eventually the league fell apart anyway. I agree, this will be the case with the ACC as well. I don’t think the success of teams like Miami will validate the conference. It will instead give those teams first dibs on bolting, while we could get stuck playing UB and Kent State on Wednesday nights or something like that.

Agree and gotta a feeling the same outcome for the Oregon/JMU game. These lower schools can b*tch all they want but don't need them in the playoffs. I would rather see a better game which would mean everyone's favorite college ND and Texas or whomever in the last 2 spots.

Watching Oregon’s offense vs JMU is like watching Duke or Notre Dame against our defense. Video game numbers.

College football is the best but the powers that be have a unique ability to muck it up. Last year we had teams get undeserved first round byes and this season we have two G5 teams that get blown out. Hopefully next year they get it right.

There were wild stories around the 90's Cowboys and Irvin has admitted to partying during parts of his career. That part is real.

But the idea that he was regularly out until 4 am doing all that and then casually dropping monster games is mostly myth and exaggeration. Irvin was great because he trained like a maniac and competed like a psycho not because he sabotaged his body and magically overcame it.
