Thought they made a mistake by totally abandoning the running game with enough time and timeouts to pop an occasional run and surprise the Ole Miss D and not put it all on Beck, but they overcame it

I think it's still good for the Conference perception to have a team in the Championship game. It's also great to have the National Championship game without any teams from the SEC. I guess it doesn't "mean more".

He had several underthrows where he got bailed out by PIs. Nearly threw a brutal pick right through Perkins' arms on the last drive. Several of his throws were off line. Winning despite him was too harsh but I didn't think that he was anything super special. His counterpart at the position was special..

I can't stop thinking about the 3rd&6 screen on their first TD drive. Good effort by the WR but also the worst defense I've ever seen by #14. Your teammate holding on for dear life; maybe help him out instead of running past the play with nobody blocking you.
