2025-26 Championship: Indiana vs Miami

I think what tonight proved is that with the right coach and a ton of money a bottom tier B1G or SEC team can win a title. Lots of hope for schools like Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Northwestern and Purdue.

Is it possible to do in the ACC or B12? I’m not so sure.

But hats off to Indiana. They earned this. What a freaking story.

I'm painfully jealous of diehard Hoosier football fans. They are living my dream.
I’d love to see one myself but the way the landscape of college athletics has changed I’m not sure it would feel as great as maybe 10 years ago.
Just such a poop show nowadays.

Anybody know just how much Cuban spent for them? Is this a victory against NIL or for NIL, I don’t know.
Its just as much a victory for coaching and talent evaluation. Their "blue chip ratio" is historically low for a national championship team. Most of these guys were super low ranks out of high school! Less than 10% 4 and 5 stars on the roster

I think he had to because the Indiana player took off his helmet while on the field.

Honestly, they blew so many calls I’d give them a pass if they missed that one. I already knew they were incompetent, not throwing a flag there wouldn’t have changed my opinion of them or impacted the game.

I thought they let them both get away with a lot but they were fair. I mean they probably could of called a dozen pass interference penalties but I’m ok with them allowing it both ways.
