Someone needs to let chat GPT know that the Cavs don't have their 27 first and the Lakers dont have their 29 first. Other than that!

Also the cavs can’t trade garland for someone making as much as LeBron. Chet gpt ain’t it yet.

Knicks win another one tonight. Mike Brown has been getting some surprising and impressive performances from bench guys as we approach the trade deadline.

Kolek has turned into a decent 15 minute option at point, so it's not just Deuce.
Diawara with a great game tonight - and he's a 6-9 PF nailing those threes.

Kevin McCuller gave them some good minutes these last couple games with Hart out. And even Yabusele was good, for once.

This was an offensive foul in the 1980’s

We can blame it on LeBron. The NBA decided that he was just too good of an athlete, and he was entitled to run over people going to the basket.

It should come as no surprise that the one team that is apparently interested in Trae Young is... the Washington Wizards.
Nobody contending is going to trade for that non-guarding, ball dominating, expensive player. Milwaukee maybe since Giannis is leaving anyway, but YOung will want an extension.

I swear the same teams are in the Eastern Conference play-in games every single year.

I don't know if Orlando has been there - perhaps they have. I think they just jumped into top 6 once they became competitive.

But play in is certainly the exclusive home of the Bulls and Hawks,

2024-25: Magic, Heat, Bulls, Hawks (same exact as current standings)
2023-24: Sixers, Heat, Bulls, Hawks
2022-23: Raptors, Heat, Bulls, Hawks
2021-22: Nets, Hawks, Cavs, Hornets
2020-21: Celtics, Wizards, Pacers, Hornets

Gonna take an opportunity to voice my continued disgust with Klutch and Rich Paul. The Kings took it in the rear when Klutch & co forced DeAaron Fox out of Sacramento to his preferred (and only) destination and also got Zach Lavine a soft landing spot... 1 year later, Klutch tries to force Lavine over to the Hawks for Trae Young and the Kings finally make what I'll generously call a "smart move" and decline the trade. It's no coincidence that every mouth piece is trashing the Kings this week for not doing Klutch's bidding.

Obviously league interest in Trae Young at his price was non-existent. Unless you believe he wanted DC...I don't.

Everything I heard DC was the best choice. They would let him throw up all the shots he want and be out of control with a young roster that wouldnt fight him

Maybe Trae helps the Knicks out here by getting the Wizards out of the top 8 picks so that pick can convey to New York???

Obviously I know they're dealing with injuries, but the Pacers going from 48 minutes from a title to 7-31 is pretty astounding.

If he would have been a pure free agent he might have returned a bit of draft value... but that would have also required expiring contracts from a good team in return which is not easy.

But I think everybody knows he is exercising his $49M player option.

Theres no way the wizards are gonna convey that pick.

That said Trae qualifies as a star player based on the nba criteria so it should be difficult to just not play him if he’s not really hurt.
