2025-26 NBA

Oh look. Udoka finally let Reed Sheppard close out a game and the rockets came back from 19 to win at Orlando. Amazing how the fans knew this is what he should have been doing all along and he finally followed suit.

League loves the Spurs - plenty of days off in between games at Brooklyn MSG and Philly. They don't want a load management day for Wemby.

Cooper Flagg is a generational talent and obviously gets more attention, but I really think Kon Knueppel could be a Top 10 player in the league within the next 5 years. He has made more threes than any rookie in history and he’s only 59 games into the season. I see him as a hybrid of perhaps Jeff Hornacek and Mitch Richmond.

Celtics have scored 101 points with a minute left in the third. 30 assists already. They’re so fun to watch when they move the ball like this

Those references indicate that we're of the same generation.

And also that we're dinosaurs.

Best effective field goal percentage in the shot clock era. The Cs have some decisions to make on bringing back Tatum considering how hot they are right now and how well they are playing team ball.

I don't know what is more unsettling. Finding out that we attacked Iran overnight, or Joker's face here...

Your throw someone like Buddy Boeheim, dude best known for throwing punches in an ACC tourney game, on a team with a dude like Dort, and this sort of blow-up was inevitable! If they could draft Fears this off-season, they'd have a dream team.

Charlotte is under the radar but is on absolute fire right now. On January 21st they were 12 games below .500. Now they're 1 game below .500, and won 14 out of their last 17 games. The East feels wide open to me this year.

They also have the best play-by- play guy in the biz. Hope they do well.

I read this stat a month or so ago, and I check up on it every so often. Looking only at wins, the Hornets have a margin of victory 16.9 points in their victories. That is second in the league behind OKC (17.8) and if they maintain that for the rest of the season it will be the 5th highest of all time!

Caveat: I did a stathead search to get this, I took the top 200 net point differentials of all time and used those; it's possible (albeit unlikely) there's a team with a lower net point differential that would rank above Charlotte but they didnt win as many games.
