Finally got to watch the Furman UConn replay. I get major SGA vibes from this kid.

He only shot 32 pct from 3 for the year but that included about 7 outlier games that really brought down his average. In the conference tournament plus the UConn game he shot 13-27 from 3.

He does have to cut down the turnovers which is the biggest issue and keep improving as a defender. He also puts a ton of pressure on a defense from the point and has the pull up 3 in his bag. Very interesting prospect as a mid major option and right next to Blyden as my two favorite options for a PG at that level if there is no chance at a Mingo coming here.

I stopped watching early in the season, except for occassional spurts of 5 minutes here and there. I just don't get the Sadiq love. He is not a good basketball player. He has little to no basketball skills. To date, he has shown lack of emotional maturity or situational game awareness. Freeman is a far more skilled player, one who could, with additions of strength, weight and focus, carry a team. IMO, Sadiq will NEVER be that guy. I would ride with Freeman, unless there are behind the scenes things of which I am unaware.

We almost beat Houston and Kansas with White at power forward. He rebounded, defended, and blocked some shots and doesn’t sit at 3 point line. He is also a freshman that needs some work but he also has Gmac type work ethic. Nice hook and room to grow. Donnie is lazy period. As JB says a blind 6’9” guy can get 7 rebounds a game. lol. Gmac would never go along with Donnie’s laziness.

AI isn’t perfect, but it’s basically the only “fan” that’s tracking 500+ players’ shot charts, NIL rumors, coaching connections, depth charts, and who just followed which assistant on Instagram at 2am.
So yeah, sometimes it guesses wrong—but it’s still working with more info than “my cousin’s barber said he’s coming here.”
Think of it less like a crystal ball and more like the one guy in the group chat who actually did the homework… just occasionally still picks chaos anyway.
