I find it interesting that people comment on NIL spending like it’s their money. No one knows what the market is, or the money we have to spend.

Some of it is our money. It may not be big part of it, but I think many of us here have donated to collectives/to the schools athletics fund

I think Sadiq could do well under GMac. I am also personally not upset cleaning house completely should we only retain 1 player from last year.

This is the nature of a coaching change, so this is expected in 2026. Kiyan is a unique case and I'm not even fully convinced until the deadline to enter ends that he is 100% in. Really for all of our departing players, I just hope they find good destinations that maximize there talents. The main reason any of us are sour about some of our departing players having success elsewhere is because Syracuse wasn't. The reality is even the best programs in the last few years since this era has started have had some success stories of players who transferred out of their programs. I mean Dusty May just won a natty and a former player of his won one last year as an example. And many of his other players that weren't with him at Michigan were very good pieces for several other programs as well.

Not me. I hope they all end up successful in life but for this period of time in college I want to see programs drastically overpay kids that don't produce. It's the only way this crap world of college sports will cease. Can't see people donating money year after year after year to kids who don't have any bills to pay and don't promise to bring the fan base to a promised land.
