It’s definitely smart. Notice not many players have committed anywhere. I think most teams are dealing with the mindset that nah we ain’t giving you 4-5 million.I think it’s a smart play. Agents want deals done quickly and at top of the market. The kids that are willing to take a little bit more time are best for both sides vs those focused only on getting paid.
Fits the criteria. 6’5. Leading scorer for Penn. And he is in the portal.Ethan Roberts

Probably getting too down in the weeds now, but I wonder what OP considers to be a mid-major vs. small conference. In my mind, Ivy League wouldn't be a mid-major maybe I'm being too strict.Ethan Roberts
Thought the same when Charleston Southern was mentioned …Probably getting too down in the weeds now, but I wonder what OP considers to be a mid-major vs. small conference. In my mind, Ivy League wouldn't be a mid-major maybe I'm being too strict.
I don't like that because I necessarily think that but it's very funnyProvidence might put us in a locker
Yeah, anywho, if we're super lax about what's considered mid-major, I'll go with Dennis Parker Jr. from Radford. Was at NC State his first two years, former 4 star recruit. We're confirmed to have contacted his teammate Del Jones already who also went from ACC-->Radford. 6'6" and "has good length". And he narrowly edged out Jones for the team lead in scoring.Thought the same when Charleston Southern was mentioned …
Would be a hell of a pickup if so.Is it Aiden Tobiason from temple? A few of the new assistants follow him and he’s someone I circled right away when he entered as being a good fit.
Not the leading scorer though, but huge wingspan.Would be a hell of a pickup if so.
I doubt it since he wasn't temples leading scorerWould be a hell of a pickup if so.
I have a feeling we already have things locked up at point guard and probably center as well. Excited to find out who.

fwiw, Doty and Daly follow him.I doubt it since he wasn't temples leading scorer
I'm not sure there's actually any "true" mid majors who would fit that definition.
I'll throw out another name that seems to fit. Nolan Minessale 6'5 averaged 20/4/4 from Saint Thomas was first team all Summit League. Also if you do a quick dive into him a few scouting profiles note his long wingspan for his size

Oh no Aiden Tobiason dropped from a 41.2% 3 pt shooter to a 33.8% from 2024-2025 to 2025-2026.30% from 3 that fits what we are looking from our shooting guards.

Not really a huge fan of "pocketing NIL for next year"@HeavyOnCuse on Twitter. Give him a follow.
Yeah not really sure what that entails? Can’t imagine why they think that’s a good idea. This transfer portal class is really really goodNot really a huge fan of "pocketing NIL for next year"
