I think the hit itself was fine but the leaving his feet to deliver it would signify a penalty. BVille fans didn’t like it but it’s a physical game.

yup, leaving your feet's a penalty. there's also a defenseless player rule in nfhs, so judgment but probably violated also.

edit: just got a better look at it. no defenseless, def could've gotten indirect contact to head maybe. and uc for standing and bouncing over him.

genny gets sec 2 winner now?

They announced that they are playing Plattsburgh in a sub regional after the game. Lots of confusion. Usually play Binghamton area teams in first round of states

Brackets are different this year.

Class A: Sec 3 plays Sec 7, winner goes to Amsterdam to play Sec 2 winner
Class B: Sec 3 winner goes direct to Amsterdam to play Sec 2 winner
Class C and D: Sec 3 winner gets the winner of Sec 5-6 at CNS

Where is sec 7? Plattsburgh is 10

Should be a good game. Neither played a tough schedule but Watertown seemed to keep it a little closer against the better opponents. Watertown has some good offense and a solid young goalie.
