Rodon’s only problem seems to be the long ball.Under the category of "color me shocked" I was dickiing around with some fangraph stats for fun. Rodon is currently the 22nd best starter in the AL if you use the best overall analytical stat known as SIERA. This is for Starting pitchers who have thrown at least 10 innings so far. That puts him in the top 30%. Very surprising. Fried is 12th. Couch cushion sample size I know.
