Unless I misunderstood how you were saying it, Tampa Bay plays at Toronto and Baltimore plays at New York to finish out the season.

Since 1998 the Yankees have owned Cleveland in the post season. Although their closer who was compromised by gamblers isn't there anymore for the Yankees to abuse.
