wow hopkins did something i thought we should of erase a 6 goal deficit. They showed urgency when needed to but was yet still calm n also made the plays they needed to. Also they have outside shooter who forces d to come out then they were hitting guys right on crease. Also seem like that whole thing with sun at times was killing both teams from seeing ball.

Well hopefully we can right ship toma n go into hopkins get another solid win. But this team needs to get out of their funk n start playing real lacrosse.

Amazing comeback by JHU to beat UVa 14-13. UVa led 11-4 in the 3rd (8-3 at the half) and Hop then outscored them 10-1 to go up 14-12. Va scored to make it a one goal game. Va won the faceoff but couldn't score. Hop goalie (who didn't start) was great and Hunter Chavette (sp?) had 6 goals. Basically Va stopped playing when they were up 11-4. Generated very little offense. Game was in Charlottesville and was their 100th meeting.

Oren Gelinas has got to be the Blue Jays starter in goal going forward. Also, Virginia lost track of Chauvette numerous times and allowed him to shoot with feet set and hands free. Seriously, he scored 5 against them last year. Great come back by Hopkins, but man, that's going to leave a mark.

yea i know that was being little sarcastic in way. But still i dont think princetons D was so elite that we couldn’t. But then again offense just couldn’t find themslves in any shape or way.

Attended the game today. Uva was up big through the half and then spit the bit in the second half for a truly miserable loss. It’s Hopkins so it’s not like they lost to a shameful opponent, but boy did that crowd go home in grief.

I thought I was in good shape there with Virginia up 11-4, but Virginia managed to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory.
