2026 PGA Tour

Rough Sunday for Kevin Roy. Ends up T-13 with a $163k pay day. Good start to the season especially considering this was his first time playing in Hawaii on the Tour.
Second to last group playing with eventual winner Gotterup and shoots a disappointing 71. The good thing for him is with that #91 finish in FedEx Cup points last season he's got a tour card this year. On to the American Express tournament in La Quinta, CA

My guys I had shot a combined +17 sat. and almost as bad sunday.. from 5 guys in the top 10 to almost nothing.

He was kind of a mess coming in. T-13 is a nice result against that field. Gotterup is going to win again this year.

18 year old Blades Brown playing in the final group Sunday with Scottie Scheffler and Si Woo Kim. This will be Blades eighth straight competitive round which began last Sunday in the Bahamas.

There are a lot of great young PGA and Korn Ferry players, some who have already won on tour. Blades might end up being the best of them.

Shot a 60 in the second round - he shows promise.

Blades Brown getting an up close lesson from Scottie Scheffler that no swing coach or going to college can teach. A lot of guys are playing well today, but Scottie makes it look so easy.

Reed is still a big name by LIV standards.

This isn't the time for the PGA Tour to worry about "retribution" for returnees. We all know their initial "moral" stand against LIV except was BS, and it really was just money and tour protectionism. Just get the meaningful players back, don't worry about retribution and penalties. This is the time to put a massive blow to LIV, and more important improve the PGA Tour.

another MC for Roy. Get your schlit together Kevin!
Kevin Roy finishes his 1st round at -4, tied for 6th at the WM Phoenix Open. A nice tidy Bogey free round.

A lot of the afternoon golfers still on the course, so his ranking could change.
