That makes sense. I was commenting more about how the coaches approach it.Not exactly. NFL guys are fighting for roster spots and paychecks, noone is getting cut today. Also fan experience does matter today, NFL teams could care less as they print money regardless.
This is an opportunity for players and coaches to gain needed support which will help them down the road in season and possibly NIL.
Really though, what person that pays close attention to spring practice isn't already invested in the fall? And what casual fan/supporter will be swayed by the spring? Ultimately, it's what happens starting in September that influences everything.
