these are my favorites! have so much to say with 'Sources" but don't say anything. get your personal feelings out of it. The head coach told the kid to play basketball and you are crying it's a waste. Let these kids be kids and if they are able to play two sports then let hem

Don't worry the Basketball ball team will be done playing in 6 weeks. He won miss much time.

He is learning what defeat tastes like so he won't want to repeat it on the football team.

He's supposed to still be in high school so the fact that he's on campus now is a huge plus. Whether it's basketball or football, he's competing against higher quality athletes and getting better (although his teammates at Miami Northwestern were pretty good.) The issue would be if he gets hurt playing basketball.
