Shorter shot clock should be an advantage for any defense but, IMHO, the better the defense the greater the advantage. We tend to have an above average defense, and an unusual one, so this should be a significant advantage to us.

I also think that it weighs in favor of outside shooting as it takes less time to shoot a 3 than it does to get the ball inside. Our increase in shooters may have come at just the right time.
