34 seasons in a row without a HC straight from a college offense background

Mac - defense. P - defense. Gerg - defense. Marrone - pro offense. Shafer - defense.

none of this is news but it's easy to forget that it's been 34 years post Maloney.

Not lumping those guys together, there were obviously great years. But for the love of god, in year 35, can we please try fixing the college offense by spending the most money on a guy who runs a good college offense

dont let this go to your head.. but i agree with you on this one thing. if we are going to do the coaching thing lets do it right and fix it with money to create an offense. if we dont have the money to fix it then why bother to change the coach.

one way to fix the money on offense is to not spend 2-3 million of it on a defensive guy.

part of the reason to want to spend it on offense is because we all know shafer is a pretty good defensive coach. but what does all that money really get us on defense? it hasn't been that good
