a couple 20% games and a couple 50% games.. great when it happens, but just shooting 35-40% at the volume we shoot them would probably be best. probably win the rutgers game with those 3 more makes as the lead is 10+ instead of clawing it to 6..

That’s just how it goes.
Shooting, like anything else, is cyclical.

That said - you can dramatically improve your odds of higher 3pt shooting %’s via good ball movement.

Last night, the ball moved well, so guys were getting mostly open, catch & shoot looks.
Which went in.
(Like Harper Jr for SUNJ did against us)

Vs.

Pull-up jacked 3pt shots from deep, with zero passing - like Joe & Alan did vs Rutgers.

Buddy being in the lineup obviously helps. Really good 3pt shooter himself but the offensive flow works better when he's on the court.

Cant play defense either and would not be starting for any other D1 program in the country! Its only because of his dad!
