Then don't forget that in 2017, 'Cuse ALSO played Louisville with Heisman winner, Lamar Jackson AND Florida State with QB stud, Francois who just may compete with Lamar for the Heisman in 2017 - With both possibly being NFL first rounders in 2018.

That's A LOT of QB talent to compete against in year one of a new scheme AND with a depleted roster that required lots of frosh and sophs play before they were "ready."

Looking back, it was like the perfect storm of defensive nightmares.
