We are still top twenty in attempts . I think that bodes well. We had some bad luck this year because of the line and devito but in the long run, it's still good that we are relatively more likely to go for it, keep the ball, gain more yards, and keep the defense on the sideline.

This was a goofy down year that easily could've been 7-5. I bet there is a big difference between five win teams and four win teams when you at their next year's results

its was 2-3-4th and short all yr that killed this team.. yesterday it came back to haunt us again in key spots. thats all on the oline play.

once teams quit worrying about the pass they attack the run and we struggle.

we still dont have a power back. howard runs hard but seldom runs through people.

we must have set a team record for the most yds a back was carried in one game had to be 30-40 yds total

really had multiple goal line plays where there was room to score but our guys just get stood up. how many times did our back run into someone and just end up up going backwards.

neal ran great but still he had 4-5 times he had holes had he hit hard would have had lots of room to run and they just grabbed his ankles and down he went.

maybe its shock that for a few weeks there were actually places to run on the field

Did you factor in when we went for it on 4th down? We spent a good hunk of the season losing, where the decision is pretty much made for you, regardless of the yardage or field position?

That's part of it but lots of teams are behind, we still went more than most.
