Dino has is made here in terms of his offensive scheme.
Bailey said yesterday Dino does not like playing in the wind due to the effect it has on his scheme and also does not like rain. Well we are the only team in college football with a dome so he gets 6 or 7 games in perfect conditions.
Also I think he realizes that he can win an ACC championship here with no stress if he has a down year. We lose lose a Dungey, Strickland, and Custis but replace them in 2019 with a 4 star RB, 4 star WR, and an Elite 11 QB.
