The D was going to stink this year, and that's been revealed as we got into ACC play.

The O should not have gotten this bad though. People can't claim offensive skill position youth is the reason to retain Shafer and then ignore the fact that he and Lester have done zero to develop said youth this season.

We always overrate our talent. But we do have some good pieces. Watching those games against UVA and Pitt I didn't think our offensive players were outclassed. I'm pretty confident that a better staff could get more out of them.
