While some of the players are rapelling the tower others are running an obstacle course. They will switch later.

Wonder how many go up there and changed their minds :D. It probably didn't look high from the ground, but once you get up there...:vomit:

Syracuse's open portion of practice ends 10 minutes early because the team started practice 10 minutes early.

WR Steve Ishmael (bruised knee) and DT Kayton Samuels (LBI) were full participants. DE Ron Thompson was off his crutches, still wore boot.

WR Steve Ishmael was not returning punts today. Brisly Estime looked good back there. More end-over-end balls launched to simulate kickoffs.

Sophomore QB AJ Long was limited (UBI) again in practice. Another day for Austin Wilson to make his case for the backup job.
