But we have slim to no NFL talent for this years draft.

Who’s poised for future drafts? Defense really stands out to me..

Cisco

All potential first three round talents.

Maybe Trill and Jonathan too.

It's crazy, but I really don't see any draft eligible guys being selected. Slayton has a chance to go late, but this makes what they are doing even more impressive.

Next year Alton is a sure fire draft pick, and probably the HOF could go late, but even then there aren't any sure fire draft picks.

Imagine what Dino can do once he gets elite talent to work with? I do think we eventually start to sign that type of player too. Just need to string together 2 or 3 big win seasons and the talent will follow.

I would think Trill has as good a chance as Cisco. We've only seen less of him because there was solid talent with more experience in front of him than what Cisco had.

Some of the young WR's will have a shot. I think Howard will prove good enough to get a look. Devito has to be the obvious one to have a chance.

You are missing our best, cant miss prospect...Slayton. yup, Robinson and Coleman possibly along with trill anbd Cisco, but Melifonwu might be the best of all the dbs and his frame and skills scream Sunday. i think our OL has some pros too. Servais is big, fast, and durable and can play all 5 positions abd Conway and a few of the young guards can play.

I think Slayton’s an nfl talent but unfortunately is not getting much, if any, buzz.

He's been double teamed most of the year and thats really valuable for a DL with alot of young players. He has created opportunities for others on the DL and the pros will see this and understand. eye test and measurables at the combine, he may be inside the first 4 rounds.

Believe me , Slayton was the focus along with ED and Custis.

A lot of people are really under valuing what Slayton is doing this year. He is the classic big DL that clogs the middle taking up multiple blocks and allowing the edge rushes to get the mush needed one on one.
Unfortunately this years DL class might be the best we’ve ever seen. If Slayton has good workouts could see him as a round 3-4 guy. We will have a handful of guys get tryout contracts.
Defense does look like it has our future draft picks on it
Offense you have to think Tommy will, kool-aid man has the look, the transfer WR, and could see maybe one of our young OL.

Dino says he thinks Ryan Guthrie will play on Sundays. I think Slayton, Hof, Szmyt, Trill, Iffy and Robinson will all spend time on NFL rosters. Maybe Trish too though I want to see more of him playing first.

It's crazy to think you didn't mention one offensive guy (who is playing this season) and we're averaging what, 45 or so points a game.

What happens when we do get some NFL talent on that side of the ball? Good luck stopping us to the rest of the ACC. Exciting things to come for this program!

Spot on, love servais as a prospect. he has a nasty streak and has demonstrated that ge can play all 5 positions with skill and smarts. pro evaluators will love the fact that he played center. he is smart and skilled. Custis has clicked a little bit this year but has overall underachieved given his size AND speed.

At no point was I complaining about lack of talent. I simply said Slayton’s not created mich buzz despite being draft worthy.

The NFL talent on our team seems to be concentrated in the freshman and junior classes.

Custis will depend on some workouts. But I believe he will be undrafted. Let’s jot forget he may find a role on specials as well. He’ll need that to help his cause, ala Tyree.

I think Eric gets drafted. Once you get past the obvious guys who will go he stacks up well vs guys like McSorley. Probably 6th or 7th round but there will be interest.
