The team needs to run the plays smother but they did a good job considering this was their first game in the new offense.
The run game is not as much of a concern to me as 1: Baber teams have a history of racking up rushing yards as well as passing yards; 2: they broke 100 yards (117) against a decent run-stop team; 3) first game in the new offense.
Happy with the way the ball was spread around. Liking the new WR, Riley. This kid could be a dangerous weapon, either as a change up to the larger, prototypical receivers, explosive speed, good hands, slippery.
Defense looked like they can tackle. Some misses but improved technique over the last couple seasons. Defense is quicker to adjust, they should be hitting their stride by early October.
Can you imagine 100 plays per game? This system could easily hit that once everyone runs this offense smotthly.
