A massive opportunity has been missed

Yesterday was a great day raising money for the program and the big shots have upped their NIL donations, but a massive opportunity has been missed regarding grass roots NIL. There’s a lot of people that want to donate, but have no idea where to go. I am talking about upper middle class people that may throw anywhere from 100-1000 bucks. It’s a shame this couldn’t have been figured out before the announcement. It probably could have funded at least half a player in the rotation. I get asked about this constantly and have no good answer for people.

Rome wasn’t remodeled in a day. New Chancellor, new AD, new hoops coach. The Day of Giving was infinitely more energetic and successful than any time else in the past.

And now Monday’s announcement experience versus press conference.

I don’t think they missed any opportunity. I think they are doing an impressive job creating new ones….and Blair isn’t even full-time yet.
