Actually, here is a transcript of the whole presser.
I don't claim to understand the media economics of the whole realignment thing. I read the transcript mostly to try to figure out the nature of relationships with Raycom (formerly Jefferson-Pilot) ... without much success. Viscerally though it seems like Raycom can serve as the underpinning of an ACC network - even if it might mean Raycom gets bought out in order to make happen.
