The run by Joe Morris is from the first ever game at the Carrier Dome, 9/20/80. I was there. How many of you were there, as well?

How many of the events shown were you present for?

I was there for:

- The '87 West Virginia football game

- Leo Rautins' tap in.

- Norley to Siano

- Rob Moore vs. Penn State

- Morris' run vs. Miami Ohio

- Moose scoring vs. West Virginia

- Pearl's shot vs. BC.

- McNabb to Harrison vs. West Virginia

- Three technicals on John Thompson

- McNabb to Brominski

I was there for all of them except unfortunately the Pearl shot. The good news is that I was in Maryland watching the game on TV with my best friend who was from Boston and a huge BC fan.

Everything but the Leo Rautins tip in. Watched that on TV.

I was there for all but can't recall the McNabb to Brominski .Must be a Senior Moment!!!

There for all, and many more previous to those.

Attended all but the SU/BC basketball game, but saw it on TV. Pearl makes the shot and just keeps running to the locker room.

Just my two namesakes plays. And every other game that McNabb played in the Dome except for the day I got married 9-20-97 (30-19 over Tulane via TBucks game ending 99 yard pick 6)

I was also in the dome for every game Carmelo played wearing #15 in Orange and rushed the court 5 times that year.

I was there for McNabb to Harrison and McNabb to Brominski (pop and I had season tix in 329 from '92-04, happened right in front of me!)

But man. I wish I had been there for Thompson's 3. The 12 or 13 point run. Winning it OT...that Dome was amazing that day on TV.

That Tulane game was the only one I missed for a 15 year period! And I was at a wedding too. Although, of course, they're divorced now.

You're wrong though. It wasn't Tebucky with that final interception. Check out Tulane's own box score from that day.

JOE SCHMOE was everywhere!

Weird. I also noticed that Syracuse had zero tackles.

Rautin's tip-in, Pearl's shot, Morris' run vs. Miami Ohio, 3 T's on JTII

there for 6. the rest away at college. Great great stuff Steve. What a find. Miss that guy.

I was there for Morris' run against Miami and the '87 WVU game. I was also at the Navy game (last game at Archbold) and the Georgetown game when JTII "closed Manley," which did not take place in the Dome but are part of the Dome's history. Don't believe I was around town for the others as I moved out of Central NY in 1980.

Saw every one. '87 West Virginia game and Pearl's shot top my list.

Pearls Shot
87 WV, isnt this also the Moose TD game you speak of?
JTs 3 techs
McNabb-Harrison
McNabb-Brominski

the storz OT game on the night of the 91 Gulf War is another 'big' Dome moment game for me, more for the significance of it than the game itself.

That game went into OT if I recall correctly...and the support the fans gave to the troops when the war was announced was deafening.

I was there physically for the Dome opening but I don't remember much after the pre-game party and the wineskin of Yukon Jack and peppermint schnapps that we snuck into the student section.

McNabb to Harrison (WVU 1995) is stuff of legend in my extended family. A whole bunch of my cousins came up for the game and we had a huge tailgate with my WVU buddies. Inside the dome, WVU punted to SU & pinned us inside the 10 so my cousin John & I decided to hit the pee troughs. At mid stream we heard the dome literally explode and knew we missed something big. Yep, it was the longest play from scrimmage in Syracuse football history, McNabb to Harrison 96 yd TD...and I didnt even get to see the highlight until I got home that night!

missed 3 nothing on the football side, I never do except win over Spurrier ( usher in wedding) Have never forgiven friend for that

Same game, right?

My recollection is that came after a goal line stand, not a punt.
