I do think the job is a heavy lift for anyone that has been a lifer because this is a tour of duty. One best fit for a young guy with vision and ability to coach up marginal talent game 1-12. I think we lose perspective with how loony a person Paul Pasqualoni was with his sleeping in the office weekly and not being married. The guy was literally married to the Syracuse gig for many years. At the time in the 90s he was making water into wine with a team that is  not in the hotbed of college football.

I don't think Dino is Paul, he's more of a Dick Mac type character. The big diff being Mac was a new englander with the ability to penetrate this recruiting area with maximum success. Not sure Dino has done it as well on the recruiting front.

Anyway, ad naeusuem but i'm not sure what the right track is because if we fire Dino the program will take time getting back on the tracks. This isn't a 1 year turnaround ala Alabama. It's a tougher lift to completely change the vision of the Dino program
