... but, Rutgers was up 31-7 and are only going to win 38-25 -- against a really bad Howard team. I didn't watch any of the second half -- and maybe Rutgers played the second unit throughout -- but that's not a great result. The BTN even showed a package of Howard's missteps (there was a blocked FG and, apparently, a blocked punt).

Where are all the rutgers fans who were making fun of us for barely getting by nova?Wsu loses to Nevada, and they beat a Howard team by 13, that lost by 41 to Akron

Edit: Yeah, no, reading the Rutgers board, they didn't lay off in the second half. Akron beat Howard 41-0 last week.

...and in other news Stony Brook screwed up a great opportunity to beat UConn. They miss an extra point and then rough the kicker after a huge 3 and out with just over a minute left. The punter had already muffed the kick out of bounds near mid-field, so Stony Brook would have had a great chance to pull it off. #clownshow

i schecked in RU game when it was 31-13, Nova and 1st unit were still in. Just checked in UConn game, looks like Kinder was pulled.

McNeese State played Nebraska to 24 to 24 tie with two minutes left, but Nebraska squeaked out the win with a late TD, only because of five missed tackles on the TD run.

Stony Brooks's offense was terrible in the second half. Their special teams cost them the win. I thought their coach was going to slit his wrists during the last 1:30.

So obviously with a bye week I was at a buddies house for the Nebraska game. Now last week I got a lot of for Nova and I was hoping they would go to OT to give it back. Nebraska fans are now saying their RB is the top Heisman candidate for that run against a FCS team. All I said is PTG should be there as well cause his run was 65 yards not 50. I hate Nebraska GO ORANGE
