FYI on FuboTV - Fubo does not carry the Turner networks such as TBS, TNT nor TruTV. They stopped carrying them in 2020. So, if you're looking for a long-term solution keep that in mind, particularly if you are a March Madness or Inside the NBA fan.

Some packages will also have rights to Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney +.

Regarding having rights to the forthcoming ESPN direct-to-consumer service, what will that have that can't already be accessed on the ESPN App? The new service is for people who don't subscribe to an existing bundle that has ESPN and therefore don't have access to the current ESPN app.

as are all bundle providers. One comment I saw was that it would allow EchoStar to concentrate on the buildout of its 5G network. I just don't want to lose what I now have on DirecTV, especially re all the regional sports networks, especially the YES Network and Monumental Sports in D.C.

for many years. They tried in 2002 and it was shot down on anti-trust grounds. With all the competition now it's unlikely it would be shotdown on that basis now.

Venu really didn't make any sense to me. Warner Brothers doesn't have anything of any value anymore now that they lost the NBA, Disney has no reason to link themselves to Fox when they're trying to structure their own services in a way that can be profitable...I'm more baffled by why they all started to go down this road to begin with more than it not actually coming to fruition.

I am curious if Scooch has any thoughts about this
