I think it will and 3-5-5 will be put in place in time for the 2015 season. The ACC isn't alone in wanting this. The SEC wants it, too, and the Big XII is looking to have the requirement for having XII teams in the conference to hold a CG be eliminated. It's supposed to be one package.
