How can the No. 1 party school in America also be home to the last ranked quality of life school in the ACC?

Something has gone very seriously wrong in my life if I ended up in any city on this list (other than Syracuse and MAYBE Charlottesville). Blacksburg? Seriously?

Well you do have a blue governor… and a former blue Governor who is from Tipperary Hill, on the west side of Syracuse.
