ACC Baseball

This topic has been discussed previously a number of times (on threads in the basketball and football forums), but I really wish the Orange fielded a baseball team in the ACC. I know some feel it's an either/or proposition with lax, or that we wouldn't be competitive similar to other outdoor sports in the north, but it's a shame the university is the only one who isn't competing in baseball. It's been fantastic watching the ACC teams compete in ooc rivalry games this weekend (Miami v. Florida; Clemson v. South Carolina; etc.). Stadiums packed. No MLB season to compete with so far. A lot of good players in NYS who would benefit from playing D1 and on prominent stage in the ACC.

I think it was Friday I happened upon a FSU baseball game. Watched a few innings.
