Having a conversation with my pops about the future basketball schedule for the ACC and who we will be playing and how often. I know I've seen this posted on here before, and tried searching for it but can't find anything. Does anyone know of a quick link that would breakdown which division we are in for basketball and who we will be facing and how often?

Thanks!

We would play @Duke 9 times and @UNC 9 times per year for basketball... and ESPN would claim that the state of North Carolina was annexed by Onondaga County, therefore not counting for road games.

IIRC, SU will get BC 2x every year; everyone else comes to the Dome 2x every three years, and SU travels to their gyms 2x every three years

2 out of every three years Duke will be at the Dome, same for UNC. I'm sure it will be staggered so we get at least one of them every season, and once every 3 years we'll see them both.

As previously announced, the ACC will play an 18-game conference schedule beginning in 2012-13.

When Pitt and Syracuse join, each school will have one primary partner (Boston College and Syracuse; Clemson and Georgia Tech; Duke and North Carolina; Florida State and Miami; Maryland and Pitt; NC State and Wake Forest; Virginia and Virginia Tech).

The scheduling model will be based on a three-year cycle during which teams will play every league opponent at least once with the primary partners playing home and away annually while the other 12 rotate in groups of four: one year both home and away; one year at home only; and one year away only. Over the course of the three-year cycle primary partners play a total of six times and all other conference opponents play four times.

2 divisions, Atlantic and Coastal, SU isn't in duke or unc division. If my memory is correct we are with Clemson BC Maryland Ncatate fl state and wake

There are no divisions for basketball.
