Tennessee will be fine. They are still going to end up a solid Q1 win. They are just going through a hellacious stretch of their schedule just like we did.

They will be foaming at the mouth to beat Ville as they get back to having a home game just like we did in our win over them.

With their game against the Ville it’s definitely one that best serves us if Tennessee wins even if not so much for the ACC

They will. Barnes is a very good coach and this isn’t the same UT before him that often crashed and burned every year they had talent.

Pitt coming back, down seven. Hofstra’s two guards are quick, can shoot and get to the basket. They also play very good pressure defense. Cummings from Pitt shoots it from 25 feet. Hofstra will not be an easy game. They are very good on the perimeter, but less so on the inside.

This is why it’s great we play great defense and have faced the cream of the crop defensively out of the gate. Nothing Hofstra can throw at us is going to be a surprise. Monmouth surprised us a bit but that’s not going to be the case again.

Pitt is always going to be the team that gets a few good players that are under rated and makes the tourney then falls back when those guys are gone. They look more like a Kevin Stallings team this year..

The biggest problem for Pitt is there looked to be less than 3,000 fans in the Pete. It might have been less than that. Embarrassing for the university. That might be the final straw for the coaching staff at Pitt.

Yea I was just looking at what happened in the portal and their roster. Not a lot of players to be excited about and that loss to Quinnipec at the Pete must’ve just checked out the whole campus. Feels familiar from last year.
