Still gonna root for the prospect of an SU acct run. Which means doing all we can to avoid dook til as late in tourney as possible. Which means staying out of 8th/9th place. Which means overtaking VaTech in standings. Which means rooting for them to lose as many games as possible.
Go UVA tonight.

I used to love watching Big East games when Syracuse wasn't playing. It took me a few years to start watching ACC games but I enjoyed them if it was a good matchup. This year the ACC is obviously really down and to me the teams\players are really boring.

I doubt I will even tune in to any of this weeks ACC games (maybe Wake/Duke to see if competitive in the 2nd half). Looks like I'll be watching the Olympics this week.

Yep, great call. We have to get out of that 8/9 game.

The longer we're in the ACCT, the better chance Duke can get upset, as well.

That 8/9 game looming larger now.

It's possible Notre Dame finishes first.

watch, with our luck we'll overperform just slightly here over the next couple weeks, just enough to sneak into the #7 spot for the ACCT, only to have dook underperform just slightly and get the #2 spot and we'll have to play them in the quarterfinals anyway

Isn’t that how things usually go?

Wake on a come back. Only down two. Scheyer has to stop acting like Joe Cool and try coaching.

Schreyer took a page out of the JB handbook on freezing the ball with a near double digit lead with about 4-5 minutes left in the game. Ended up scoring one basket in the last four minutes. Nearly snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
