Hopefully the team is watching the NC State game vs Duke. Lots of nuggets thru 10 minutes.

9-10 (2-6) team hanging with mighty Duke into the last 10 minutes. But Cooper Flagg is starting to take over the game.

2 pt game with 5:59 to go. The announcers were saying that this was a trap game for Duke as they have UNC on Saturday.

Duke is a little limited offensively. They have a tendency to stand around and just watch Flagg do his thing.

Good lord … ridiculous call in favour of Duke. NC St was within 2 and had the ball at that point .. let’s see where it goes from here.

Same refs as in the Bills game last night. LOL.

Malauch just lost his lunch on the court. Huge projectile vomit. Not sure why they showed the replay of it.

They definitely don't look like the 2nd best team in the country.

Very sad. They pulled a student out of the stands who fainted or passed out. Didn't look good. Hope she is ok.

It's great to play competitively, but if you want to win, you've got to make the plays at the end of the game. SU didn't. The Bills didn't and NC State didn't.

They are very limited on that end. That said Flagg is unreal.

He reminds me of a 6-9 version of Chris Mullin: all around skills, good shooter, BB IQ. Similar haircut, (from St. John's years).

A little surprised that doesn't happen more often with everyone being on top of each other like that. Maybe ESPN just has the good sense to not show it 99% of the time.

Kind of surprised they just carried her out like that instead of getting a stretcher or something. But I'm no medical expert.

Hopefully not. Yesterday they showed a replay of Maluach puking and then them carrying this poir girl out. Surprised they showed either. Fortunately, follow up articles said the girl was fine.

I liken him to a more athletic Detlef Schrempf.

"I have to be aggressive at all times." Bad news for the 'Cuse.

"Duke head coach Jon Scheyer didn't like what he was seeing late in the first half, and had some words for freshman star Cooper Flagg during a timeout.

"He told me I was being finesse, soft," Flagg said after the game. "Coach is always honest with me about what he thinks. That's what I need. It's about responding well, and hearing that helps me a lot."

Flag scored 23 of his game-high 28 points in the second half to power the Blue Devils past the Wolfpack 74-64 to improve to 18-2 and 10-0 in ACC play. Duke outscored NC State by 14 in the second half thanks largely to the play of Flagg and fellow freshman phenom Kon Knueppel, who added 19 points of his own.

"It's not a choice anymore," Flagg said during postgame media availability. "I have to be aggressive. What Coach has told me is that's going to create for everyone else. In the first half, I felt that a little more - just being passive and playing soft. I can't create for anyone else that way. I can't get anyone else open if I'm playing soft. For me, it's no longer a choice of it I want to be aggressive or not. I have to be aggressive at all times."

Hepburn is really good. He’s worth every cent he’s getting. Louisville plays with so much energy and are really unselfish. They can really guard. They can beat Duke. 45-21 over Wake at the half. Hepburn is the best guard in the league. He’s super.
